Anika Denise es una mujer of many talents. She can sing (in the shower) juggle (three kids) and act (like she’s got it all under control). She also writes books for niños, like Starring Carmen!, Monster Trucks and Baking Day at Grandma’s. A former one-girl sensación, these days, she enjoys sharing the spotlight with her husband, Christopher (a children’s book illustrator), and their three daughters. Anika and her family live in Rhode Island, in a little house with lots of feather boas, fairy wings, art supplies and BOOKS!
Lorena Alvarez Gómez is a freelance illustrator from Bogotá, Colombia. She has created illustrations for children’s books, independent publications, and magazines. Her work reflects her interest in color language and diverse techniques and concepts.
