Susan Hood is a scaredy-cat. Things that go bump in the night really get under her skin. When she noticed her three-year-old neighbor felt the same way, she decided to write JUST SAY BOO to arm the littlest trick-or-treaters with just the right incantation to scare of the rattling bones and ghostly groans of the season.
